Job Description:
As a sales representative at iFOAM, you will be responsible for selling insulation products and services to commercial and residential owners in your territory. As a rep, you will help build the client list, sales revenue and back the company on standards, quality, and professionalism. A successful sales rep will have creative lead-generating techniques and drive to exceed sales goals. You will use your strong communication and selling skills to present innovative insulation solutions to prospective customers.
Compensation: Incentive based compensation based on completed jobs sold. Total Compensation range in first 12 months is $100,000 to $140,000. Training pay also included.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
- Performs customer instruction on spray foam application and functionality.
- Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
- Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
- Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
- Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and review all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain constant communication between all departments on current work orders.
- Ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain daily reporting.
- Answering new and existing customers phone calls while following sales processes
- Cold calling, door knocking, meeting with prospective clients when needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service/commercial sales.
- Strong working knowledge of common computer software including but not limited to: MS Outlook, word, excel, CRM
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Detail oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including and understanding of basic grammar and writing.
- High energy, positive attitude, and forward thinking, strong work ethic
- Strong team player and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Must have the ability to become 100% proficiency in product offerings.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Enjoy going out into the community knocking on doors and engaging with owners.
- Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
- Work outside in the elements, in crawl spaces, and attics during all seasons.
- Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 25 lbs.
- Be able to drive a motor vehicle for extended time period
